OUR ACTIVE INGREDIENT: HOCl
Our hygiene solutions are based on the disinfectant hypochlorous acid (HOCl), which is known colloquially as ECA (electro-chemically activated water). This active ingredient is highly effective and is suitable for use on many surfaces when applied correctly. This makes it ideal for use in the beverage industry. Moreover, you can produce HOCl yourself at your own site, noticeably reducing transport costs, other expenses and your carbon footprint.
Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) has been used successfully as a disinfectant for years in many industries, such as agriculture, aquaculture and veterinary medicine.
Its use in the demanding beverage industry is a relatively new development, however. Thanks to technical advances over the last few years, we are now able to produce an active ingredient with exactly the right composition to meet the strict requirements of your industry.
